Many scoffers of the Word of God say, “Nay, the End will never come”; but I, whom God has sent as this Second and Final Master with the full knowledge of what is now and what will soon take place, declare unto the world, “The End has arrived!” Let us take a quick look at today’s religious scenario. Is it not true that this world is heading towards an economic, social and moral crisis? Can we not see the way crime is overtaking the whole world? Are we not aware of the plagues such as AIDS, cancer many others, which are represented in Revelations 16:2 as the “noisome and grievous sore”? As time goes by the ozone layer becomes more deteriorated to the extent that many nations have passed laws prohibiting their citizens to get exposed to the harmful rays of the sun. Is it not true that the planet’s water sources are becoming so polluted as to be considered a dangerous liquid for human consumption? (Revelation 16:3).
Outbreaks such as the “Foot and Mouth” disease have propelled the massive destruction of cattle. The oil crisis is imminent, paving the way for a Third World War of the East against the West. Verily I say unto you that the devil along with his earthly allies-the Beast (The Roman Catholic Church) and the False Prophet (The Pentecostal Movement) are setting the stage for the Secret Rapture.
Important Notice: To speak of extraterrestrial beings is to speak of fallen angels, who will execute the Secret Rapture, an antibiblical concept bound and widely preached by the Pentecostal Movement, which is also the False Prophet of Revelations 13.
My greater brother Jesus used to say, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”, making reference to the salvation already achieved on the Cross of Calvary. In these last days I say unto you, “I am come that you might have knowledge, the knowledge for salvation, and to warn you not to shake hands with Satan”. Only the blind and neglectful cannot see all the chaos surrounding us, but I am come to bring you the precise and clear information about the following reality: The End is at hand!
The Papal System and the End of Times
A lot have been said in recent days about a possible successor for the Pope John Paul the Second- Mr. Karol Wojtyla, for every day it is more evident the reality that he is about to leave office be it by death or resignation. History has already recorded the abdication of one of the Popes in the past, so there should be no surprise if the badly ill John Paul II resigns. One thing: this event must not be seen as just another nomination for the so-called “successor of Peter”-and the reasons are exceedingly evident. It is imperative for all of you to fully understand the significance of this peculiar event concerning the Pope and his relationship with the End of Times, as it is declared by the Seer of Pathmos Island in his Book of Revelations chapter 17. It is a must to understand this extremely important and vital prophecy.
Let us start reading the following passages:
“And there come one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sits upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of fornication”. (Revelation 17:1-2)
The angel clearly establishes the subject of these passages: The whore that sits upon many waters, say, Rome -which has gained control and influence “upon many waters” means “upon great multitude”. There is no doubt that verse 2 refers to the following fact: The whole earth has been defiled by the whore, and the kings and world leaders have been intoxicated by the noxious effect of its influence, wondering after the beast. No doubt at all! Identity with the whore always brings catastrophic results.
Let us continue the reading,
“so he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beat, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten hours. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornications” . (Revelations 17:3-4)
Notice the following fact: Rome is here described in its two historical aspects. The first aspect deals with the Roman Empire of the old days, which ended divided into ten kingdoms represented by the “seven heads and ten horns”, which clearly presents Rome in its two.
The Beast is a symbol of the Imperial Rome, as we mentioned earlier, which was divided into ten kingdoms (“ten horns”). The “seven heads” are a symbol of Rome ‘s fornicating primacy, as it is written on the first verses of chapter 17. Pay close attention that the Beast (the imperial aspect of Rome ) carries the woman drunken with the maddening wine of fornication, being the woman a symbol of the Church of Rome.
Therefore, this is the clear view: The woman symbolizes the Church in its whole; the Beast symbolizes the old Roman Empire , which shifted from a political role to its present religious form. It is not the woman who carries the beast, but it is the beast that carries the woman wherever he pleases. This Kingdom is different from all the others, a religio-political system as declared by Daniel the prophet.Let us read Daniel 7:7:
“After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and break in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the breasts that were before it, and it had ten horns” .
Astoundingly clear! There is an indissoluble connection and reciprocity which shows a clear transition between the Imperial Rome and the Papal Rome. The one supports the other in reciprocal form.
Let us continue the reading,
“And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wonder with great admiration” .
Verse 5 reads as follows, “MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT…” My question for you, my dear beloved reader, is the following: Who else is Babylon the Great, the Mother of all fornications and abominations, but Rome ?
Notice this, dear reader: Here it is a clear reference to the last stage of the Roman Empire , which will make war against the Christ. The expression, “the mother of all the abominations of earth” clearly establishes that she is really a world-wide “mother”. In the past, the Roman Empire was governed by emperors whose reign did not surpass the empire’s territorial limits. Verse 5 refers to a world-wide empire. Therefore, the conclusion is correct: There has been a transition from a political to a religious aspect.
John sees a woman drunken with the blood of the saints. Is it not a clear allusion to the blood shed by the Catholic Inquisition? Of course, this description fits properly to describe other events of the past.
Is it not this parallel to the blood of many Christians shed during the spectacles in the Roman Circus? This description not only makes a clear allusion to events from the past, it also leads our attention to the end of times. Therefore, it is imperative to bring about the religious aspect.
Let us continue the reading,
“And the angel said unto me, wherefore did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, has the seven heads and the ten horns. The beast that you saw was, and is not and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose name were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is” (Revelations 17:7-8)
John was greatly astonished with the vision in much the same manner as his predecessor Daniel who became exhausted and lay ill for several days. Then the angel said to him, “Wherefore did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her” and gave him again the description of the beast not in its political aspect but in its religious form instead.
Let us pay close attention to this description, “the beast was, and is not” as a clear reference to Rome ‘s metamorphosis, as w already mentioned: The Roman Empire was, and is not, the Papal Rome is. Let us present proof of this clear reference to the Papal Rome in Revelations 13:3, “And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death, and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast”.
Notice that one of its heads (a symbol of the Papal system) was wounded to death. It was Martin Luther and the Reformation movement of the sixteenth century which vindicated the truth concerning the Sanctuary in heaven and inflicted the deadly wound to the Beast. As it was declared by Martin Luther himself, “If the great truth preached by the Church is the Gospel, but Rome refuses to preach it, then Rome and the Pope are part of the Mystery of Ungodliness and speakers of the Antichrist.”
This was the way, by vindicating the truth and by inflicting the deadly wound to the beast, that Luther restored the gospel truth and gave the fatal wound to the Pope in his days, and set up the fall of the Roman Church to such an extent that it seemed that the Catholic system was about to dissapear. However, Rome ‘s impressive recovery became notorious as it regained its former position, and today it has become an important world power. Just pay attention, dear beloved reader, how much has been said about this Pope’s possible successor. Therefore, what it is declared in Revelations 17:8 goes in accordance to Revelations 13:3, which declares that this power regains its prominence as to become the beast that was not, and yet is.
Let us continue the reading,
“And here is mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits. And there are seven King; five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet to come; and when he comes, he must continue for a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition”. (Revelations17:9-11)
The seven heads establish the location of the Pope’s seat: Vatican City, which is known as the “City upon seven hills”, for it literally lies upon seven hills in Rome. The seven hills heads also alludes to the Papal system as a whole. The reading establishes that “five are fallen”, in other words, most of them already ruled in the past; that “one is” (John Paul the second is), and one is yet to came-but he is about to appear and must rule “for a short period of time”. Speaking in prophetic terms, the eighth mean the last, but he also belongs to the seven, in other words, he is part of the whole. It is clear that the “eighth” one marks the last of the whole. This is the reason why he is called “the eighth”, to mean the last one, but because he is the last it does not mean he is not part of the whole, and they are about to disappear.
Notice this: The Pope’s are called kings, and are also called beast. No doubt at all that the fourth beast seen by Daniel the prophet is that different kingdom which alludes to the Roman Empire and more specifically to the Papal system. We have arrived to the irrefutable conclusion that the seventh one is indeed the last one, which belongs to the whole but it is also the eighth to cannot that it is the last king or Pope which completes the full set of Popes.
Therefore, the next Pope is the eighth and he marks the ending of the papal system. He also will rule by the time this prophecy is fulfilled, as we will consider in our following article. Do not lose sight of this prophetic fulfillment, for it belongs to the end of times.
